extremely bad service

<p>twice i ahve booked with Avis PTP from my house to lanseria airport for my 06:00 flight and both times they have not pitched. This morning i had to call to find out where the driver was and no one could help me. I eventually got transfered to a gentleman who said he was going to look for a driver at 05:20 and i ended up having to get my husband to drive like a maniac to get me to my flight on time. Its really rediculous and this is also very bad as i travel for business and could miss meetings with important stakeholders. All the gentleman could say was "we are sorry mam" surely we can use another company that has more respect for their clients.</p>
