Extremely Bad Service

I'm so disappointed in Avis Brakpan. When I rented a car from them they included tire and windscreen insurance that I did not agree to. They asked me to sign on a screen without any information on what I took. I was thinking I was signing to release a car. When the car was returned to them, 7 days later I saw the high charges on my account. Basically they are ****** and I will advise my insurance company not to deal with them ever again. Hopefully their cameras in their office does record sound as well images. I've asked Yvette Gobler for the complaints departments details and still waiting. This need to be delt with asap. I would like to be refunded with interest.
