Expect bad things when you hire from Avis

Our company rented a 14 seater bus from Avis at the end of January 2015. The bus was filthy, but due to time constraints we had to get onto the road. When returning the bus at their Rivonia branch, I received the most unprofessional call about an hour later blaming us for crashing the back of the car AND THEN leaving the cars handbrake down when we parked it resulting in further damage. All checks were done when the car was returned in perfect condition so it seems their staff crashed the vehicle once we left. It took me 3 weeks to sort this out, whilst they held R10 000 on my credit card. Worst customer service, terrible staff training and what makes it worse is that I've heard the same story from someone else. NEVER USE AVIS
