Excessive double charging

<p>I rented a car through Avis for my six week stay in Cape Town. I was charged $1042.18 (R13392.95) on April 10, 2017. Per my contract the charge per month was R5990.99. On May 31, 2017 they charged an additional fee of $980.74 ( R12603.39), for what I do not know. Agreement number: ********** 65. </p> <p>I want someone to please contact me and explain why they ripped me off, before I shame them over social media. </p>
