Excess issue

<p>I am really very upset with Avis I have mini lease with Avis and three months back their vehicle got a dent whiles I was driving it,I was made to pay 4000.00 for excess,that I did.</p> <p>Last month someone reversed on the vehicle I'm driving only number plate got slight damage which it can cost 250.00 and the bumper need just to be polished just to remove that dent and a bonnet got a small dent which I got it through a passing truck and I couldn't have avoided it.I was told I must pay 4000.00</p> <p>What upset me I did give them details of driver who reversed on the car I'm driving but they are forcing me to pay excess why is their insurance not communicating with the driver who reversed on thei car.</p> <p>I really have 2 bad experience with Avis I feel I'm being unfairly treated ,I have been taking this mini lease from April to date.</p> <p>The 4000.00 excess doesn't validate the damage it is a small dent I am not going to leave this lying I am taking it to commission for consumer complain.</p> <p>Avis is a big brand but how they conduct their business I feel it is not fair hence the complain </p>
