Excellent service from Katlego Tsotetsi
Good day
I wish to commend Katlego for an excellent discharge of her duties, I have been hounding Avis for a refund and this lady bent over backwards for me, I am close to being sorted out. She is genile and customer oriented, surely an asset to the organization.
