Excellent service from Avis OR Tambo (Lost and Found section)

Their Lost and Found section really came through for me. My boss had left some very important documents in a hired vehicle from Avis OR Tambo. After calling numerous times, being sent from pillar to post. I spoke to Rickey Koortzen, my hero. I explained my problem to him, and he was about to tell me he would look into it and call me the following day, as they were very busy. But, luckily, after a few minutes, he called to say they had located the documents. He gave me reference number and said I could send anyone to collect the documents. As they say, the rest is history. Thank you for excellent service Rickey, I appreciate it.
