Excellent Service Demonstrated by Lauren

Kindly note that this serves as a demonstration of the appreciation of a commendable service illustrated by one of Avis consultants, Lauren who displayed an exceptional behavior and service delivery to me on the 25/03/2015. This young lady had went over and above the extra mile to display such prudent efficiency and diligence. I had booked a car in King Shaka airport for the 24/03/2015 as I was to fly from OR Tambo the same day, but I ended up driving down with a friend as I had missed my flight. When I arrived at Avis Kokstard branch I found a young lady by the name Lauren who was willing to assist me with less resources she had due to availability of cars and offered to come back after hours to check the car for me. This is what I call going an extra mile just to satisfy your client and I'm happy I had met her on the day.
