Excellent service by me Jamie-Lee in avis Bloemfontein downtown. She is so patient and calm that it automatically rubs off to you. In August i had to take my car for repairs and avis hadn't refunded me from July and they wanted another deposit. She handled the matter so professionally and even had to knock off late to ensure i left with the courtesy car and my previous deposit is used instead of paying again. I was so angry but her calmness made cool down and let her handle everything. You ma'am are very good at what you do, big ups and a great thank you!!
