I had dispute with Avis in connection with an amount claimed by Avis for supposedly damaging a rental car - and I am not aware of any accident that I was involved in.

After escalating this issue to Avis CEO, senior staff were very quick to respond, and helped me to settle the dispute by refunding me the full amount I already paid to Avis.
