Excellent attitude

A note to thank William from Avis Pinetown for arranging to drop-off my company badge which I left behind in the returned vehicle 3 days ago. Also left my flash drive which Eric returned to me post check-in at the airport! I was having a bad day. These gentlemen turned it to an exceptional one! Thank you many times over. I know William for the last 30 odd years, always prepared to go the extra mile.
