Erroneous debit???
I had a rental with AVIS in Nov 24 which I collected from the King Shaka Int airport. I had a prepaid, one day, rental of a group B vehicle. In March 25 my account was debit with an amount of R3200 and consultants just say it pertains to my rental in November but don't say what its about nor why it was debit. I have cancelled my cards to prevent more unknown debits that no one can explain by AVIS.

Thanks for contacting us.
We do see that our Customer care team a has advised on the matter and they are correct. Although this amount was swiped in November, it was only processed as a payment in March, you are referred to your bank statement which does indicate this and your bank can provide further information on why it was processed late.
Should you locate a duplicate transaction in November for the R3200 deduction, please do share it with us.
Further to this a refund was processed in December for the R3200.
