Empty promises

I bought Xtrail from the Avis Car sales in Pietersburg in March 2015 the did not have the parcel tray which they promised to courier.<br> <br> The parcel tray has not yet been delivered, I made enquiry about it 3 weeks about it and have not had any positive respond.<br> Brent Bush the Sales Representative promised to organise one from me three weeks back and have not received anything as yet, I have only been getting empty responses.<br> I sold the car three week back my trade in settlement amount excluded the R5,000 because of the parcel tray. I have requested Avis car sales to refund me the R5,000 that I lost from the trade in settlement or they can give the parcel tray thus the garage I sold the Xtrail promised to refund me the R5,000 as soon as I deliver the parcel tray.<br> I am not happy with the service at all. I spoke to the Manager (Debbie) but she didn't promise much as most of the dealers/suppliers has closed, the fact that it's an old model (2013) possibility of getting the same one is very low and cannot refund R6,000 for the tray.<br>
