I took out a rental car with Avis Aiport Industria via my insurance. They gave me a car with a lot of scratches I even mentioned it to the guy helping me that this car has a lot of scratches it will bring problems to me. I took pictures of it. Now that they must refund the security fee they are coming up with excuses that the car has scratches. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
