I rented a car last year in 04-October 2024, Avis took holding deposit of R5667.69 and R1750.00.i returned the on the 07 Oct 2024. was told will get my holding deposit with seven days. On Th 14 -Oct 2024 in only got R1750.00.i and was told the rest will follow in few day Till to day i am going back and forward without any out any help .i hvae spoken to many consultants and and all said must asked the Capitec Bank to realise my funds. Went to the bank also said money is with Avis I beliave Avis stole mt money

The ZAR5,667.69 was the initial holding amount, the charges from the rental would have been debited from this hold and balance would have been automatically released back to your available balance.
We processed the invoice amount of ZAR2 847.03, once we process this amount, the balance of the hold was released by your bank. Kindly refer to your statement as the Invoice amount will appear on the 04Oct4 and proceeding date would be around the 11OCT24.
