Driving skills and attitude Atrocious

At the intersection of Borcherds Quarry and Robert Sobukwe/Modderdam i was standing behind a white Kia Picanto traveling towards Goodwood. The robot turned green but the driver, a white blonde female was sitting on her cellphone with an Indian looking male with his legs up against the dash in the passenger seat. After myself and the vehicle behind me hooted to get her attention, she struggled to get moving. I was driving 45 km/h and eventually got a gap to overtake her, she flashes her middle finger, in uniform, in a company vehicle. And this for being wrong and probably felt embarrassed. Pathetic if you as me. Waiting for a response in anticipation.
