Double dipping
I returned the hired car on the 28th February 2024 and money was immediately deducted from my account. On the 5th March 2024 they deducted another large sum of money. When I enquired with them , they said the amount deducted on the 28th is holding deposit while the one on the 5th is the actual costs. As we speak om 7 March 2024 they have returned my money. They took more than R35k.

07 Mar 2024, 12:32It is very disappointing that most of the reviews are relating to you not returning clients' money even beyond 30 days. Other rental companies don't do this.
