Double Charged For 1 Year 3 months & Listed For it

I was over billed by Avis and had been fighting for a year and 3 months to have the account reconciled after hiring a car from them. After a year they finally admitted that there was a duplication on the invoice and they agreed to refund the money but still went and listed me on credit bureau for non payment.<br> <br> They continue to bully me hiding behind the big corporate name Avis. Petro Laurence for a year had ridiculed me wit ****** statements and threats and it is still happening to this day. I have spend countless hours going back and forth driving to and from the Avis branch in Sunninghill to resolve this issue not forgetting the numerous emails and hours spent on this and to this day after 2 years its still going on as Avis is still threatening me with sms to sue me. Please never use AVIS & BUDGET again its the same people. Rather use EUROPCAR and BIDVEST as well as THRIFTY they offer better services and don't cheat their customers to increase their profit margins. I am sure that Avis doe this all the time and use their corporate identity to ***** from people. Please check all your invoices to see to it that they have not ****** from you because they stole from me over a year.
