Double charged 3 times and struggled to get refunded

<p>I have a mini lease with avis. I was double charged by Avis 3 times all on separate occasions and each charging an extra 9500 over and above my monthly fee. The two times I didn't get an explanation nor a refund of my money, but the latest overcharge I fought tooth and nail and they kept giving excuses. But got it paid. But I wouldn't recommend avis, they have extremely irregular charges and they can't justify them when you ask. </p>
