Don't use Avis services
Its almost a month waiting for my refund,your customer service agent told me the money was refunded into my bank account I checked my account it is not there,I even phoned my bank just to double check for me they also confirmed that the money was never paid back...I even asked your agent for POP they are unable to provide it....your service is horrible such a big company that's unable to email a simple POP or remittance advice....your service is pathetic

Please note that we received feedback from Capitec confirming that Avis was no longer holding any funds on your account. This means that the funds were automatically released back into your available balance upon return on the vehicle. However, please note that this was not a credit or deposit into your account, hence there is no POP nor a credit on your bank statement. It was only a reversal which would have only increased your available balance.
You may contact the Capitec Card Authorisations department to confirm the date of reversal.
