Don't use Avis - never!

If there was less than 1 star I would have chosen that! When I collected the rental car (arranged by my insurance company) it was empty. We went back after going around the block and the nice girl at Avis Durbanville, Rosenpark said that her supervisor confirmed we could bring it back empty - really? Then I should have know there would be trouble. And hat is just how they con you. After many calls and e-mails to the Cape Town Airport branch they have charged me for the fuel to fill the car AND have not refunded my deposit yet! And I see I am just one of many unsatisfied customers - what lack of service!!
