Don’t book Avis !! You will not get your deposit!
I booked a car for a weekend from the 9th-12 November. It’s the 28th November today and I am still waiting for my deposit. I’ve tweeted, I’ve called, numerous times. I keep being told it will be released in 48 hours! It’s been a month of constant follow ups. Never again will I book Avis! They are unprofessional and their mediocrity and incompetence is now an inconvenience to me! Ref : E***
