Don't stick to there commitments!

-Monday +-15:00 we Phoned Momentum to arrange a Avis car for Wednesday.We didn't receive a call to confirm a car which momentum Avis dept, told us we will receive Monday.<br> Tuesday around 13:00 We phoned again. Was told will receive a call today.<br> 17:52 received a call. The lady said she will phone me before 8 o'clock to confirm if the car will be delivered 8:30.(I had a meeting 9:30 and traveling time 45min.)<br> 18:10 i receive an sms stating the car has been check out 8:30 6/5/2015<br> 8:12 in my rushing to East Rand Motor lab I missed the call from AViS Isando.(I was told i will receive this call before 8:00) If i did receive this call I could have move the meeting with enough time to notify everyone.<br> 8:30 I arrived at East rand Motor Lab. To find an sms being sent to my at 8:19 to inform the car will only be delivered at 9:00.(The car only arrive 9:06)<br> After speaking to the call centre trying to sort out this inconvenience the Credit Card Machine was not there. It only arrived 10:00.<br> After signing the contract I was told the car is full! ONLY 7/8 FULL!<br> If did not check the gauge! NO INTEGRATE!<br> Avis employees trying to fill the fuel tank by removing the battery cables 4 time!
