Does not answer phone lines. Impossible to get hold of the branch.

The Cape Town International branch does not answer its phone. Rings then cuts out. Global line plays music forever then either cuts or redirects incorrectly. After numerous attempts, I chat to someone from the branch, who can't tell me who will be working at the time we land (in 3 days' time!) as "they do shifts". Not very friendly. Not very willing to help. Impossible to get hold of.
