Do not use Avis

<p>I rented a mercedes from Avis a while back and had to pay 12500 rand deposit for a weekend function in kroonstad. It has now been 2 weeks and still I havnt recieved my deposit back. After logging it 10 times allready and they confirming that it will be in my account ahortly no luck. </p> <p> </p> <p>Apart from the deposit I drove from bloemfontein to kroonstad and back, now they want to charge me for 3000km which is insane. I have 23 people confirming where I was and when, i cant believe how ******* Avis is. </p> <p> </p> <p>From now on I will only use europe car. They are faster and when they collect the car the money will be in your account the next day. Stay away from Avis!</p>
