Do not trust Avis Retal. Bad bad bad sevicce

I need to advice you not to use Avis rental. They have a pathetic work ethic. I hired a car through Miway insurance after I was involved in an accident. I received the car on the 9th December 2019 and returned it on the 17th December 2020 at 13:30 and the car was supposed to be returned at 15:00. I was informed that I will receive my deposit and my insurance refund for the car in 48hours, maybe they meant 48 days. On the 22 December I received and sms stating that they will send me an invoice in 48 hours, up to date I have not received anything. After numerous calls and emails I still have not received anything. I went as far as speaking to Abram the manager at Avis, my issue is still not resolved. Upon speaking with Miway I have been charged for late return of the car. Mind you I retuned the car 2 hours before the actual time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AVIS.If your car insurance company has a contract with Avis, my advise...….Baleka nge nyabo zombili
