DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM AVIS!

Stay away from AVIS, especially the Johannesburg CBD branch. There has been nothing but problems from the time I booked the vehicle, up until it was dropped off. They do a pre-inspection and you don't find anything wrong with the car (because you're not petty like that and the driver is even more blase because he's done this so many times before).... but when it comes to the post-inspection they perform cartwheels to find a scratch and blame you for someone else's damage! They take money from your bank account without even informing you of costs incurred..... The Branch manager is so unprofessional, i have never worked with someone so *********** and non-interested in my life! PLEASE DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL HAVE ENDLESS PROBLEMS!
