DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM AVIS - DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED
We rented a car and picked it up from Avis King Shaka and 2 months later we still don't have our deposit! Avis's strategy is to claim that they released your deposit back into your account to get you off their back and send you off to fight with your bank and exhaust you until you cannot fight anymore while they keep your deposit and make you the fool. Avis banked our deposit on their side and now claims it was released back to us when it wasn't. There is absolutely NO RECORD even on their side that the deposit was released. JUST LIES! Just a bunch of ****** and ****s who never have evidence of any of their claims! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
