Rude, unprofessional, *********, ******** that sums up Avis South Africa - I have received a fine on a rental vehicle that was rented from Avis because the vehicle license was expired, Avis customer care claims that it is not their responsibility to pay that fine - How can you be held responsible to pay for their vehicles not having the correct and recent license disc on display, that is ********* practice. The result was my license was blocked.
