Quick to take your money but refuse to pay for fixing problems with your car! they do not fix problems and then when the problem comes back they refuse to assist because now you are 700km over the allowed km. months and months with the same problem and now after keeping my car at a dealership for over 3 weeks and not responding to my complaint and taking short cuts to fix a DSG gearbox problem now they are rejecting claims. save your selves the trouble. do not use AVIS in the past 30,000km (THAT I PAID R18,000 FOR) they have paid R2,800 for a service that's it!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY

if you call the call center apparently the agents are not allowed to help customers. if you speak to the Product Administrator they don't give feedback or call back if you speak to the MAU sales supervisor also no help

i deal with high profile clients on a daily basis and i will tell every person not to use AVIS
