do not EVER use AVIS

If you are planning to hire a care and make use of AVIS then you are setting yourself up for a terrible experience. They are quick to claim your upfront deposit before releasing vehicle but do not bother to reimburse the "so called refundable deposit", even if you attempt to contact them to have this resolved they are a mouth FULL of excuses and dont bother to get back to you. They offer no assistance or customer service. Cars are not ready on collection times and they have no concern to resolve or assist as quickly as possible. I have abo****ely no idea how AVIS ISANDO is able to keep their doors open with the way they "assist" clients. when you attempt to call this branch they put you on hold long enough to allow the call to automatically drop.
