Disrespectful employees Manase Sebata

I am utterly disgusted with the customer service and disrespect from yiour employee Manase Sebata.

It is unacceptable that we are spoken to in such a manner, she was absolutely rude making statements like “why did you rent a car that you cannot afford” and “I will have you black listed so you cannot rent from any other car company” this to me is a threat.

Manase is a disgrace to the companies name, I will be taking this to social media platforms and I will not tolerate such comments from your employees.

As a customer I am well aware of my rights as well as Avis policies. I am allowed to make a payment arrangement that suits my affordability and I will not be bul**** by your employees who clearly lack customer service training and basic manners.

Please deal with your employee!
