Dispute with Avis car rental

<p>#Aviscarrental</p> <p>To rent a car at Avis is not a good idea any more. Is it because I'm black or what?</p> <p>Family and friends, I wish you can note this. Avis car rental have *********** management due to the way they handle my case. <br /> <br />By the time I brought the vehicle, it was checked and confirmed that it is as I took.<br />I'm not challenging if it was checked prior or not. My problem is that it was inspected and confirmed that it was correct.<br /> <br />Until I'm called after an hour that I must come back they see the damages.<br /> <br />Who's fault is that? I don't think it's mine. The more you delay to respond to me the more I realise that may be it's the way you are doing things at Avis.<br />Unfortunately not to me, It's not my fault and I don't know who's fault. All I can say the car was checked by avis trained staff.<br /> <br />So they must not shift the problem to me. <br />Why the client have to take a blame of the vehicle which was confirmed that it is in good condition?</p> <p>I want my money back, if that is how you treat me maybe because I'm black who knows. I'll never let you go just like that as if I'm the one who is guilty here.<br /> <br />Just thinking how many people get charged of the damages they did not cause. Avis sent pics of scratchs in the vehicle claiming that the vehicle was checked prior, to me does not assist me, because I also claim to say it was checked after I brought it back.</p> <p>I don't like to be undermined by people who are *********** and only interested to take my money by force as if I'm nothing.</p>
