Dispicable service/attitude from car rental agent

I wish to lodge a severe complaint regarding the treatment that my wife and I experienced with Annemarie who is the car rental agent at the St Lucia Avis office.<br> <br> Since my story is a long one, there is insufficient space on this site to give full details. I have also lodged the complaint online with Avis Head Office through their website to which no reply or acknowledgement has been received.<br> <br> Hopefully, by lodging on hellopeter.com that some action will be taken.
