Dishonesty regarding refunds
I have not received my refund from this company and it has been past the 7 days that they say one receives their refund back. It marks two weeks now with no indication besides that the refund has been processed. I have not received a proof of payment nor my refund back. Avis strand got to a point where they were not answering my calls, however, when I call with a different number I get a response saying we will get back to you. I have gone with many rental companies before, however, never have I not received my deposit within the said time. This is outside their policy or their promise to their customers. It is clear that honesty is definitely not a policy that they abide by.
