Dishonesty

Couple weeks back my car(Mercedes Benz) was smashed by 1 of the avis vehicle which decided not to stop at a robots. I went and reported the accident with avis Durban spoke to Mr Naidoo as well as Lee Stone regarding the demage of my car. But ever since then they're all been giving me the run around telling me they dint have any courtesy car available in order for them to fix my car. Now I've been given a run around these people are not even taking my call. They telling me I need to speak to the driver who smashed my car. I'm very disgusted and sad cos now I'm sitting without a car and loosing alot on a personal level. I've never experience such appalling service from such a big company like avis.
