DISHONEST AVIS

Avis is a total failure when it comes to honesty. I have been trying to get my refund since 03 October 2022. I've spoken to several people who have all failed to assist me even when I cleary indicated my need. Even the 5 to 7 days refund turn around has lapsed. It's been 9 business days.

Lawrence Marago who has been handling my case has failed dismally, he fails even to call me. The Supervisors Manase and Pearl have also both failed after promising that payment would be made by Tuesday 04 October 2022.

Its disgrace for a brand like This to fail like this at service. This I will certainly report to our company's corporate travel bookung Agent. It's unacceptable.
