Dishonest and no intergrity. Shameful - For such a big company NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER

The worst experience ever. I hired through my insurance when my car went into the panelbeaters. They delivered the car to the panelbeaters and the driver and myself walked around the car noting the scratches and chips on the car. when I returned the car on the Friday suddenly there is a scratch on the car and when I told the guy it was there the guy that delivered made note of the scratch and I give him the page and he walks to the lady and she goes and checks and then tells me that there is a scratch I advised her that it was there. She calls the guy and suddenly he has no recollection of it, They speak in their language on top of it so I don't even know what they were saying. then she tells me that according to his notes that there is a chip and dent on the other passenger door. When i ask her to show me she looks around and then she says if you stand away from the door you can see. I just think that they are very dishonest especially the people that send out the car. I asked them for proof that i handed the car over and they gave me a form to complete to say that i damaged the car. I wrote on the page i received the car with the scratches on it . I did not scratch the car. I told the lady i drove the car as I took my son to school in Regent park and back home and to fetch him and back home. The car was parked over the weekends. I would like the Ombudsman's no for the Car rental place. I am not happy as i get a message to say the car is due back on the 18th August i must ignore if it was sent back. I then get a SMS not even 20 minutes later advising that the damage is R3254.78 excl vat and subject to change. I will never recommend Avis Mondeor to anybody. The people that have taken cars from them there is always a bad review.
