Dishonest and a complete *******
They do not clearly explain the difference between the excess waiver and insurance( dent and scratch), they only tell me when I return the vehicle with a 1 cm dent that I am liable to pay the amount for that when they explained to me that the things I'm not covered for is tire and windscreen which they mark on the contract, now they say its my fault and I should pay

25 Mar 2024, 16:24Dear Keo,
Thank you for contacting us.
We would like to apologize for any confusion regarding the coverage provided by our excess waiver options. It's important to us that our customers fully understand their coverage to avoid any unexpected charges.
Allow me to clarify: the excess waiver typically covers damages beyond a certain threshold outlined in your rental agreement. However, it's essential to note that this waiver may not cover all types of damages, which may fall under a separate policy.
We understand your frustration if there was a lack of clarity in explaining these differences upfront. We strive to ensure transparency in our communication regarding coverage limitations to avoid any misunderstandings.
We'll review this information thoroughly to address your concerns and resolve the issue accordingly.
Thank you
