Disgusting Service, pending claim..6 months going

<p>I was involved in an accident on 23 May 2016 whereby i was in the traffic circle and the driver of the other vehicle which was rented via Avis, failed to stop before entering the traffic circle thus hitting into my vehicle. Ever since this accident i've been trying to get Avis claims department to have my vehicle repaired. I was recently sent an email stating i was only going to recieve 70% of my claim. This is not fair on the basis that the other party admits it was entirely her fault for not stopping before the circle and the policeman on the scene also confirms this in the accident report. I need my vehicle to be sorted out Asap.</p> <p>I hope to hear from you soon</p>
