DISGUSTING SERVICE AT AVIS O R TAMBO AIRPORT

I have car rental through my insurance and made use if your rental on Tuesday with disgusting service. I was NOT pointed to the checking section after I was given a vehicle. I had to drive to the checking point and asked to be assisted. I was assisted by a lady that made it out to be an effort to check the vehicle before I left.

Every mark that I showed her on the car . . she kept on asking . . . is that all ... is that all . . . like I am taking up of her time.
