Disgusting service

in my view they avoid by all means to return any deposit, they just ignore any communication all together. when I took the car from them it was very easy the guy inspecting just went around the car with no hassles. and when it was returned they went under the car, and when i requested for pics prior to me collecting the car the person I was dealing with kept saying she has requested the the pics every time I followed up and she has escalated it to her manager until she just ignored altogether. they don't deserve even the one star from the reviews I've seen and the unprofessionalism
