Disgusting customer service

One competent staff member in this entire company who was able to assist me, briefly. Now no one can trace the one person or even know if the department exists. He knows what he is paid to do....Provide excellent customer service Rose Mashiloane called, I miss the call. Called back and could not get through in the number. Lungile Mbatha, well , requests documentation just like Rose. I say I have nothing they are requesting, then off the radar they go for days. Then there comes that email again... Can you please provide us with... Stop it please... Can you please have more competent staff who calls to understand and not work as scripted. Tivedi in Recoveries, you rock.As for Abdul Joseph's.. Whether he exists in this company is another question. . Let see if the person reading this is of any help.
