Disgusting business model

This has to be the worst car rental company ever. They literally **** thier clients through thier damage assessment system. I hired a car via my Insurance, Absa which i returned after 30 days as per agreement, the vehicle had a minor scratch, barely visible, which i even took a picture of. The vehicle was super clean in and out, now suddenly i recieve a message that the damage has been billed R3500, like really? I think they must now come with other ways to exploit people cos this one is really becoming obvious. I have hired a car with Avis 6 years ago and same thing happened. So im still shocked that even after so many years they still using the same ******** model. I even wonder how do Insurance companies do business with such a company that looks for ways to rob thier clients by all means possible .
