Disgusted with Avis!!

I totally without words... I received a rental from Avis as my car was I for repairs. On delivery of the car the guys open the boot and show me all in oder, I didn't even have a proper look. We went through everything and I took the keys. I had the car for 4 days, never opened the boot. On the Friday I filled the tank and delivered the car to Avis Port Elizabeth Air Port, just before 5. I was asked if there is any complaint, I said no. Still added that I filled the tank. I asked is anything needed from me. Guy confirmed all in order I may go. I started walking off and then I realized I forgot my phone on the passenger seat, turned back to the car. The guy had the boot open, he asked is all okay. I told him I forgot my phone, got the phone and left. 4 days later I got a sms on my phone claim for tools missing from Avis car...***! I immediately contacted them, why the guy didn't ask me where is the tools when I walked back to the car and he had the boot open. 2nd why didn't they phone me the next day to enquire. Nothing! They then would have viewed the camera footage, waited a week then I was called to say the footage show no tool. I asked to see the footage, they told me the manager will call me. I'm still waiting. What the hell do I want a Renault kweds tools for!! If I wanted damn tool I would go to the shop and buy it for less than what you want to claim from me! I have read all the comments and it seems this is. I will not leave it here! Avis's normal way of business. Daylight ******s!
