Disgusted by Avis King Shaka
Absolutely disgusted with this company!! , i put a review previous and the advised that it was resolved but the manager who was suppose to call me back didnt , when she first called me i really thought im finally getting some help however i was so mistaken , im still trying to call them everyday and they never answer the phone . Avis King Shaka is thee worst company ever with the worst customer services. i have only seen bad reviews and all involve robbing their customers !!! i need them to call me or atleast for them to reply to my numerous emails, they quick to take respond when we want to hire a car but when theres an issue theres absolutely poor service. ive used other car rental companies and never ever had an issue , i will never use AVIS again or recommend them to anyone!
