Disgusted by Avis car rental

I’ve the the most terrible customer and billing services with Avis.

And i have taken it up with them and they are refusing to attend to me non of them are accounting for monies they deducted from my bank the broken car they gave me.

I have also requested the details of Avis Ombudsman but via email but they repsond and say they will send it but non of them sent it, yesterday i went to Avis cape town international they still wouldnt give the ombudsman details neither could they assist.

I am disgusted by Avis making millions out of peoples money.
