<p>Last year December I bought a polo vivo at Avis car sales in uMhlanga-Durban. I was assisted by a gentleman called Senzo. The car had no registration when i bought it and I was asked to do all the necessary registration and I was promised to be refunded the registration costs. I have been struggling to get back my money from Avis, and whenever I do a follow up I'm being told that all my documents were processed and I should wait for a couple of days. I want my money and I don't know what to do anymore, can someone please assist. It's very painful to be ****** by someone you trusted.</p>
