Disappointment of note!!!

After three months of rentals with Avis - the experience had been good until the car I got smelled so badly of smoke that I could hardly drive it. Avis’ insensitivity to the situation has been a real disappointment - in the end I had to cancel the contract because the earliest I can get a car is “tomorrow around 14:00” this after having told me they would have a car around 14:00 today. Surely the branch could have sourced a vehicle... sorry but you didn’t try harder. Today you lose not only a customer but no one I know will use Avis - for that, I will certainly try harder!
