Disappointing servicr received at Avis Car rental

Very unprofessional service received from Avis car rental in Pietermaritzburg Oribi Airport. We booked a Mercedes bus for collection on the 4th of January as we were going on holiday out of the province. To our surprise on the day that we were meant to leave, when we went to collect the bus /taxi, we were told it's not available. What made things even worse was the fact that the officials at the branch including management we not willing to assist, Nomusa in particular was the person at the front desk, I have NEVER seen such an *********** official in in my entire existing. This lady really needs recapacitation or retraining in terms of customer care management , she does not represent the Avis I knew before her. She will really tarnish the company even further if she does not receive customer care training.

I am however very grateful and thankful to the officials at King Shaka Airport, they came to our rescue at the 11th hour. We really appreciate their excellent and prompt service, we were able to get the bus that we had booked from their branch , our holiday trip was a success as a result of their excellent service
